The Look Book

The Cottage sits on 1/2 acre with its private drive directly off of 72nd Street. Surrounded by manicured lawns and tree groves, the cottage is a breath of fresh air away from the hustle and bustle of the nearby cities. 

Originally a little country store, the cottage is an ideal space for your upcoming event. This venue is 1150 sq. ft. and equipped with a full warming kitchen, 1 1/2 bathrooms, and a private room for your bridal party or staging space. 

 

Stage your event outdoors to facilitate large group gatherings. The large 1/4 acre outdoor space easily accommodates 120 people and all of your outdoor activities. 

Our large kitchen space is fully equipped as a warming kitchen. The large island provides an easy flow for your guests to enter and exit the space while enjoying their refreshments.

Formally seat up to 30 in the common space. For a more informal setting, the common space may accommodate up to 50 people.
